Neuroline is setting a new standard in healthcare accessibility. We were not born in a software lab, but at the kitchen table of a medical family.

That background shapes how we build AI: to relieve pressure, protect privacy, and give care teams more room for real patient care.

1. Our origin: rooted in medical practice

With an anesthesiologist and an ophthalmologist as parents, we grew up understanding the weight of medical confidentiality and the rising pressure on healthcare.

We saw up close how administrative burden and overloaded phone lines were suffocating the time and attention needed for genuine patient care.

2. Our mission: technology in service of people

We do not believe healthcare itself needs to change. We believe healthcare must regain the space to simply be healthcare again.

Neuroline develops advanced AI solutions that take over routine work so the human dimension of care remains intact.

Our vision is clear: we do not build technology to replace people, but to free healthcare professionals from overload.

  • Sovereign security. While the world races toward foreign cloud solutions, we choose local sovereignty. Our core application hosting is designed around Dutch infrastructure and strict information-security standards, including NEN 7510, while some supporting vendors or connected services may process limited data elsewhere depending on the feature used. For us, privacy is not a feature. It is the first line of code.
  • Ethics before data. We do not train models on your patient data and we do not sell data. Neuroline is built on data minimization: we process only what is strictly necessary to help the patient directly and correctly.
  • Seamless integration. Our AI is not a standalone island, but an intelligent partner that communicates with your existing HIS or EPD. From a natural voice on the phone to a direct confirmation in the patient's inbox, we close the loop of care communication.
  • Realistic innovation. We do not talk about disruption. We talk about responsible support. Our AI knows its limits: when medical depth or emotional nuance is required, a flawless handoff to the human specialist always follows.
